2020 HAIR TRENDS

How is 2020 already?

The new year brings with it a great opportunity to try out the hottest 2020 hair trends now on the catwalk or on the streets around you.
If you’re flirting with the idea of changing your hairstyle, now it’s the best time to experiment with the new trends.

We explore the new 2020 hair trends that we think will dominate the first part of the new year.

THE MODERN SHAG

Medium length hair with softer edges, bangs and movement create the perfect trendy look that’s easy to maintain and very hot at the moment. Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez have been wearing it for the last part of 2019 and will definitely push it mainstream in 2020

THE BOWL HAIRCUT

Shorter hair was slowly picking up pace in 2019. We think the bowl cut will become hotter this year.

BOLD COLOURS

Classic and Denim blue are the hottest bold colours of 2020. They’re a tiny bit more difficult to maintain than other colours but if you ever wanted to try, this is the right time to take the plunge!

MONEY PIECE

Spotted on lots of superstars – Beyoncé being one example – it’s a beautiful face framing effect that creates light and dimension, mimicking the natural effect of sunkissed hair. It lifts the complexion and softens up the grow out with the colour service.

SHORT BANGS

2020 is tipped to be the year of the short bangs. They sit just above the eyebrows, a bit shorter than has been the case in the past.

They’re easier to wear, open up your face, accentuate your eyes’ beauty and feel fresh and new.

BLUNT BOB
Still much in trend this Autum-Winter 2019, we always recommend to embrace your hair’s natural texture with the Bob. If your hair is poker straight, opt for a blunt cut. Otherwise choose a textured Bob that goes with what your hair best responds to.

ONE LENGHT

Super long hair is here to stay, with Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez keeping the trend as hot as ever well into 2020.

It’s a polished texture that goes well with shiny colours.

MESSY HAIR

Add few bouncy waves with your straightener, scrunch them a bit with your hands and you’ll be casually cool but seriously stylish and ready for the red carpet.
